At Pathway Ready, our vision goes beyond training and employment. We see a future where every person, whether they’re a young school leaver, a parent re-entering the workforce, an Indigenous jobseeker, or someone who has simply lost confidence along the way has the chance to realise their potential.
We believe that no barrier is too great when the right support, encouragement, and opportunities are in place. By blending accredited training with cultural mentoring, personal development, and genuine wraparound care, we aim to create pathways that don’t just lead to jobs, but to long-term careers, independence, and self-belief.
Our vision is to inspire confidence, build resilience, and walk alongside jobseekers as they grow into strong, capable employees who contribute not only to their workplaces but also to their families and communities. In doing so, we create a ripple effect: thriving individuals, stronger families, empowered communities, and industries that benefit from a workforce that is skilled, motivated, and diverse
At Pathway Ready, our mission is to walk alongside jobseekers on their journey to employment, removing barriers and building the confidence needed to succeed. We know that many people face challenges, whether it’s lack of training, limited work history, low confidence, or personal circumstances and our role is to provide the tools, support, and encouragement that help turn those challenges into opportunities.
Our mission is to deliver programs that are more than just training courses. Each program is designed with employers, tailored to industries, and supported by mentoring and wraparound care. We combine accredited tickets and qualifications with personal development, life skills, and wellness support, ensuring participants are not only job-ready but prepared for the realities of work and life.
We are committed to inclusivity, with a strong focus on Indigenous jobseekers and women stepping into male-dominated industries, while also ensuring that every person, regardless of background feels valued, supported, and empowered.
Ultimately, our mission is about creating full-circle employment pathways: preparing candidates with the right skills, placing them into meaningful roles, and supporting them to thrive long after their first day on the job. By doing this, we deliver lasting outcomes for jobseekers, employers, and the communities we serve

I am a creative and compassionate Psychodynamic Creative Arts Therapist and Educator with over 20 years of experience in therapeutic arts practices and teaching. I work with people of all ages and life stages, offering a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space for expression, reflection, and growth.
I have a Master’s degree in Creative Arts Therapy rooted in trauma-informed care, polyvagal neural science, my approach integrates Creative Arts Therapy (CAT) with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), counselling, and resilience training. I support individuals to reconnect with their values, be teachable, and develop psychological flexibility, and take empowered steps forward, even when life feels overwhelming. I believe healing begins when we are truly seen and heard, and when we learn to listen to our own bodies, and make ecologically meaningful connections about our internal and external realities.
My career has spanned art education, mental health, and hospital-based care. I have formally researched an arts-based approach to First Nations cultural awareness training, with an emphasis on empowering First Nations people to deliver these programs. I have also facilitated a First Nations Outreach program. I’ve worked with diverse communities, including, refugee families, and at-risk people, designing art-based programs that honour cultural safety, emotional expression, and nervous system regulation.
